Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules:

As at the date of this announcement the issued share capital of Allied Minds plc comprised 234,070,707 Ordinary shares of one pence each. There were no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Allied Minds plc is therefore 234,070,707.
