Resignation of Executive Director

Allied Minds (LSE: ALM) today announces that, as planned, Mark Pritchard is resigning as Executive Director and President of the Company, and will continue his relationship with the Company as an Advisor to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Pritchard founded Allied Minds in 2004 and has been directly involved in its strategic direction and growth since inception. Earlier this year, he announced in the Company's 2014 Annual Report and Accounts, his intention to step down from membership of the Board, with a desire to remain involved with the Company in some capacity.
