Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1:

As at the date of this announcement the issued share capital of Allied Minds plc comprised 215,203,729 Ordinary shares of one pence each. There were no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Allied Minds plc is therefore 215,203,729.
