Completion of Disposal

Boston, MA (8 November 2019).  The Company is pleased to announce that the disposal of its shareholding in Hawkeye 360, Inc. to Advance ("the Disposal") has completed.

The Disposal was originally announced on 24 September 2019 and further details were set out in a circular sent to the Company's shareholders on 17 October 2019. The Disposal was approved by the Company's shareholders at a general meeting held on 6 November 2019.
