Block Listing Application
A block listing application has been made for, in aggregate, 2,500,000 ordinary shares of one pence each (the "Shares") in the capital of Allied Minds plc (the "Company") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon issuance. When issued, the Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. The total application comprises a block listing application in respect of Shares to be issued under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.5.5R of the Listing Rules.
