Notice of results - update
Allied Minds plc (LSE: ALM, "the Group"), the IP commercialisation company focused on early stage technology businesses, announces that as a result of the challenges caused by COVID-19, the Group's auditors have been delayed in completing the 2019 audit.
Therefore, in accordance with the temporary relief afforded by the FCA, Allied Minds will now plan to publish its results for the year ended 31 December 2019 no later than 4 June 2020 (delayed from 29 April 2020).
