General Meeting update
Allied Minds plc (LSE: ALM), the IP commercialisation company focused on early-stage company development within the technology sector, notes the announcement this afternoon by Crystal Amber Fund Limited that it has withdrawn its requisition for a general meeting of Allied Minds plc. In light of the withdrawal, the requisitioned resolutions will not be put to the general meeting due to be held on Tuesday 5 April 2022.
